There is no ideal or recommended time to reach out to a therapist. Every person has got their own rhythm, worldview and potential to deal with life situations and conditions.

There might come a moment in your life journey when things become complicated or overwhelming. You may be alone in a new country; you may be challenged at work; you may feel stressed; you may have difficulties to communicate with your children or partner; you may experience the loss of a beloved person or pet or; you may want to know yourself better.
