An individual therapy session

In individual therapy, we focus on issues of your concern, whatever they may be: difficulties you encounter at work or at home; emotions running high and out of control; challenging life situations such as the loss of a close person; confusion about life choices and/or relationships; questions about your identity; burn out; panic attack; sense of belonging; meaning of life; loneliness; knowing yourself better.

There is no fixed agenda. You introduce the topic you wish to process and we decide together what the best course of action for you is.
