Life can be this way! You may feel happy and sad, excited and disappointed, hopeful and desperate, both at the same time or at different periods of your life. There is nothing wrong about that. It just happens that sometimes you can handle it, while others you may be overwhelmed and need some support.

Psychotherapy is about looking after your soul and thereof, looking after yourself. When you are not in a position to do so by yourself, there is no reason why you should be alone. The range of human feelings and emotions are wide and so are the ways to cope with them.
